    Customized products, cut-to-size materials, or items specifically marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.

    If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order. We will guide you through the replacement process.

  • Replacement Process:

    2. Provide any necessary photos of the defective or damaged item.
    3. If approved, we will ship a replacement product to you at no additional cost.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

4. Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
